He was predeceased by: his father Steven Singer. He is survived by: his mother Debra Singer (Willer) of Dakota City; his son Jesse Singer, Jr. of Correctionville; his sisters, Monica Fowler (Terry) of Homer and Wendy Raff (David) of Dakota City; and his grandmother Alma Willer of Le Mars. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
