He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Werkmeister and Mildred Werkmeister (Kugler); and his siblings-in-law, John Ralston, Mary Littell, Tiny and Bill Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Werkmeister of Curtis; his children, Vickie Harpst (James) of Lincoln, NE and Bryan Werkmeister (Sarah Martin) of North Platte, NE; his grandchildren, Marika Sedlacek (Clint), Kylie Skwara (Patrick), Reilly Martin and Nevaeh Martin; his great grandchildren, Carter, Brody Sedlacek and Skwara; and his siblings, Janie Ralston of Maywood and Troy Werkmeister (Lisa) of Maywood.
