She was predeceased by: her husband Earl; her daughter Laura Lou Lemon; her brother Dennis Kappelmann; her son-in-law Kendall McDowell; and her grandchildren, Heidi Burrows and Thane Burrows.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert John and Marie Lena Sophia Kappelmann (Vonderfecht); and her children, Carol Homolka (James) of Genoa, Linda Fisher (Darrell) of Moorefield, Margie McDowell of Arnold, Patty Burrows (Bill) of North Platte and Robert Lemon (Dawn) of Curtis. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
