He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Campbell and Bernice Campbell (Kolbet); his wife Muriel Koetter; his son Calvin Campbell; and his siblings, Pete Campbell, Carl Campbell and Maxine Hock.

He is survived by: his children, Catherine Campbell of Curtis, Doug Campbell of Curtis, Diane Campbell (Tom) of Ladonia, TX, Ted Campbell (Angie) of Curtis and Tom Campbell (Melisa) of Curtis; his grandchildren, Mandy, Kacey, Delton, Dustin, Bret, Spencer, Tempest, Cassidee, Kyle, Dirk, Allison and Nadia; his great grandchildren, Colton, Ireland, Lilly, Bentley, Cohen, Cora and Reid; his siblings, Melvin Campbell of Stratton, Barb Kennedy of Sutherland, Sharon Campbell of Bemidji, MN and Nora Mulberry of Idaho Falls, ID; and his daughter-in-law Linda Campbell of McCook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
