She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kendle and Goldine Kendle (Armstrong); her husband John A. Scharf of Curtis; her sons, Gary and William; and her siblings, Shirley Lane and Don Kendle.
She is survived by: her children, John (Barb) of Curtis, Debra of Elkhorn and Bob (Gayle) of Gretna; her sister-in-law Kay Housley of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Kristin Larson (Jon), Steven, Stephanie Eckles (Dan), Nichole McKendry (Kent), Kevin, Will and Kacie Scharf; her great grandchildren, Brock, Pierce, Quinn Larson, Madeline, Avaline Eckles, Kallon, Kinsley and Maisey McKendry; and her pet Gussy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
