He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Wagner and Mollie Wagner; his sisters, Arlene, Marjorie, Lillian and Charlotte; his son-in-law Richard Lomax; and his sister-in-law Millie Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Burton of McCook; his children, Robin Lomax of Culbertson and Ty Wagner (Pat) of Culbertson; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Burton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Wag's name are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Nebraska Children's Home Society in Omaha.
