He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Ruth Ann Fickle (Meyer). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Jo; his wife Virginia Fickle of Culbertson; his daughters, Tamara Joanne Fickle (Francis Purcell) of Escondido, California and Stacey Michelle Fickle-Ellington of Culbertson; his siblings, LeAnn Frick (Elmer) of McCook, James Harley Fickle (Kathy) of Missouri and Charles Richard Fickle of McCook; and his siblings-in-law, Martin Kelley (Estella) of Bellflower, California and Kathleen Leroy (Hubert) of Surprise, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Dale's charity work included participating in dressing up as Santa Claus for fundraisers collecting toys for Toys for Tots and the McCook Toy Box.
