It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlis Kathryn Overhue (Crofton, Nebraska), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel O'Hern and Vallie O'Hern (Ebert); her husband Virgil Overhue; her son Michael Overhue; her brother Joe O'Hern; and her daughter-in-law Jenny Overhue.
She is survived by: her children, David Overhue of Crofton, Nebraska and Liesa Shanahan (John) of Minnetonka, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Samuel (Kara), Kristen, Sean and Hadlie; her sister Gaylene Barr (Keith) of Crofton; and her sisters-in-law, Diane O'Hern of Milford, Iowa, Verla Rothman of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Warden Overhue of Council Bluffs.
