He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Petracek and Lucille Petracek; and his brother-in-law Gary Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his sister Marsha; his brother-in-law Rod Skleba of Wilber; his mother-in-law Betty Coffey (Roy Jensen); his children, Troy and Mindy (Delabar); his granddaughters, Hayley, Reagan and Kennidy; his siblings-in-law, Tim, Lisa Coffey, Gay and David Whitman; and his close friends, Tim Smejdir, Butch Mehl and Duane Kuebler. He is also survived by his friends, his brothers & sisters on the Fire Department & his family.
Memorials may be given to the family for a charitable donation to be made in Terry's memory.
