He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vlasin and Alice Vlasin; his siblings, Arlene Wheeler, Milo Vlasin (Mike) and Leona; and his granddaughter Adelynn Stone.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Prokop); his daughters, Ronda and Kim; his sisters, Rita Forst of Lakewood, CO and Verna Grabowski of North Platte, NE; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Stone, Trinity, Kylie and Colton McMillan.
