He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lee and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Roland Church III (Chris), Jerry Hessheimer Church, Chris Inness (Jenny), Erickson Church, Lee Church, Rosa Church, Natalie Church, Ellen Duke and Alice Church; and his siblings, Shorty (Merle), Rod (Susan), Kevin (Deanne), Alice, J. B. and Rolly. He is also survived by Six grandchildren.
