He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sand and Irma Sand (Vlasin); his brother Don; and his brother-in-law Charles. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Mary, Cecilia and Shirley; his wife Kathryn; his sons, Jason Sand (Christine) of Evans, GA, Gregory Sand (Susan Polk) of Omaha, NE, Jeffrey Sand (Brenda) of Colorado Springs, CO and Steven Sand (Catherine) of Pleasant Hill, IA.; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew, Patrick, Nicholas, Chloe, Molly, Benjamin, Samuel, Jacob, Savannah, Carter, Aiden, Lea and Connor.
