He is survived by: his nephew Ted Karstens; his wife Diane Mundt; his children, Andrew Kahle (Melissa) of Lincoln and Lisa Vogt (Shaun) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Matthew Vogt, Addison and Alexis Kahle; his sister Sharon Karstens (Curt) of Dallas, TX; his brothers-in-law, Harold Whitmarsh of Lincoln, Paul Mundt (Darlene) of Lincoln and Mark Mundt (Barb) of Crete; and his uncles, Dick Messman (Loretta) of Lincoln and Tom Messman (Dorothy) of Crete. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
