He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Shandera and Elaine Shandera (Rahe). He is survived by: his son Jeremy Blankenship (Tamara); his grandchildren, Nicole, Emily, Anthony and Jenna of Templeton, IA.; and his siblings, Doug Shandera of Friend, NE., Cheryln Sarringar (Sam) of Crete, Lynnette Schliefert (Curt) of St. Joseph, MO and Renee Roesler (Matt) of Wilber.
