Henry J. Bals Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry J. Bals of Crete, Nebraska, who passed away on August 21, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Bals (Smejkal) and Henry F Bals; his brothers, Jerome, Valarian, Leonard and Johnny Bals; and his sister-in-law Mary Alice Bals.
He is survived by: his children, Susan (Douglas Whitman), Patti (Roger Severson), Linda (Tim Edwards), Bill Bals (Ellen Gohlke), Judy (Steve Sinkule), Chris (Tom Schleich), Shelly (Kent Weilage), Lori Bals and Jimmy (Stacia Bals); his brother Gene Bals; and his sister-in-law Marlene Bals. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Henry requested no funeral due to Covid.
Memorials may be given to St James Catholic School or Crete Fire and Rescue Department or given to family in care of Patti Severson @ 305 Fort Crook Road South, Apt 101, Bellevue, Ne. 68005.
