She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. and Anna Formanek Srajhans; her husband Clarence J. Kubovec (Kuby); her sisters, Marie Ripa, Anne Blaha and Wilma Bouska; and her siblings-in-law, Nelson Ripa, Norman Blaha, Elvyn Bouska, Robert Kubovec and Bernice Kubovec. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
