She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Peters and Joe DeWitt (Jerry Pierce); her son Douglas Pierce; her siblings, Merdith Schlegelmilch and David Peters; her aunt Beulah; and her uncle Homer Collingham.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Pierce (Angie) of Milford, NE and Tony James "TJ" Pierce of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Holly, Allan, Nicole, Elise and Andrew; and her brother Marvin Hablitzel (Connie) of Osceola, NE.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Memorials will go to United Women of Faith – Dorchester Methodist Church.
