He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Douglas and Barbara Douglas (Cox); his wife Donnette Lou Douglas; and his siblings, Gerald, Donald, Warren, Dorothy, Loraine and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Cynthia Douglas), Mark Alan Douglas of Crete, Barbara Dee (Raymond Dean Chase) and Christine Lee (Denis Strobel); and his grandchildren, Michael Gene Douglas, Amy Wemhoff, Dr. Kari Strobel, Tiffini Douglas and Marci Woehler. He is also survived by Nephews, nieces and cousins.
