She is survived by: her children, Ronald Sack (Crete), Barbara Thompson (Richard) of Boca Raton, FL, Mary Stremme (Don) of Overland Park, KS and Pamela Hastings of Crete, NE; and her grandchildren, Amy Vertin (Crete), Jennifer Yee of Manhattan Beach, CA, Jessica Thompson (Omaha), Kyle Stremme of Lake Oswego, OR, Sarah Lacy of Overland Park, KS, Jill Stremme of Keller, TX and Julia Stremme of Honolulu, HI. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Memorials are being given to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
