She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorthy Hagemeier, Diane Rosenau, Dennis and Don Burianek; and her parents, James Burianek and Mildred Burianek (Pomajzl).
She is survived by: her husband Duane; her children, Terry, Jennifer Kouba of Morriston, FL, Pamela (Kouba), Dean Frerichs of Seward, NE, Jesse Kouba of Timberlake, NC, Lacy (Hillgren), Dan Stattler of Lincoln, NE, Eric and Katie Hillgren of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Brendan and April Osborne; her great grandchildren, Owen and Noah; her grandchildren, Brock Osborne and Kaitlyn Morris; her great grandchildren, Kali, Brendan and Luna; her grandchildren, Kody and Codi Kouba; her great grandchildren, Landon and Oliver; her grandchildren, Taylor Kouba and Kalee Stattler; her great grandchild Camden; her grandchildren, Gavin, Jordan Stattler and Lincoln Hillgren; and her sister Darlene (Lumir Novak). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the family for future designation.
