She was predeceased by: her sisters, Vickie Garrett and Martha Synhorst; her parents, Edward Smith and Anna Smith; her siblings, Helen (George Mika), Clara (Clarence Vanek), Dorothy (Carl Tuttle) and Edward; her sister-in-law Helen Smith; her former husband Clarence Otto; and her boyfriend Ray Wells.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jillian Kreutzer (Kirt), Adam Downey (Kellie) and Caitlyn Downey; her great grandchildren, Elliot and Jude Kreutzer; her nieces, Carol Hansen (Jim) and Sharon Featherston; her brothers, Gary Tuttle (Nebraska) and David Tuttle; and also, Eunice, John Cernohlavek, Marge and Ron Grieff. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
