She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dvorak and Emma Dvorak (Stastny); her son Gary; her husband Leonard Rezac; and her siblings, Edward Frank and Rosie Smith.
She is survived by: her son David; and her daughters-in-law, Bonnie and Sherry Rezac. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
