He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Vosika and Lillie (Drevo); his stepmother Dorothy Kubicek; and his sister-in-law Toni Vosika. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Renee Vosika of Crete; his wife Shirley Horst; his brother Loren Vosika of Philadelphia; and his nephew Brooke (Annette Vosika) of Woodstock.
