We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 85, William Cedar of Creighton, Nebraska, born in Grand Island, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Cedar and Ethel Cedar (Good); his wife Dorothy Belka; his sister Lois Severson (Laverne); his son-in-law Troy Howes; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Belka and Doris Hamilton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Horstmann (Bruce) of Orchard and Connie Howes (Steve Paulus) of Yankton; his grandchildren, Brian (Sara), Robyn and Scott (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Camryn, Elody, Detroit, Shaylah, Matthew and Ryker; and his sister-in-law Delores Belka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
