It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Beckman (Creighton, Nebraska), born in Murray, Iowa, who passed away on August 7, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey A. and Flossie Shearer (Beardsley); her husband Everett; her brothers, Gerald and Danny; her parent-in-law Augusta Beckman; and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Brinkman and Lloyd "Shorty" Beckman.
She is survived by: her children, Everett Dale, Everett Beckman of Norfolk, Susie McManigal (Rick) of Center and Mike Beckman (Susan) of Creighton; her grandchildren, Nic Beckman, Jennifer Fuchtman, Matthew McManigal, Michelle Ninemire, Amanda Hintz, Jackie Brown, Billie York and Maddie York; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Haydin, Hadley, Knox, Greenlee Fuchtman, Leo McManigal, Keaton Beckman, Parker Beckman, Jaxon Hintz and Aiden Hintz; her sister Betty D. Nielsen of Tecumseh; and her close friends, Tony Lindhorst of Sauk Centre and Maggie Lindhorst of Sauk Centre. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
