We bid farewell to Phyllis Sonnichsen of Creighton, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Case and Charlotte Case (Beckner); her husband Walter Sonnichsen; her parents-in-law, Nick and Johanna Sonnichsen; and her brothers, Melvin, Norman, Robert and Donald.

She is survived by: her children, Joann Fischer (Lyle) of Center, Lorie Angel (Shanon) of Nebraska City, Rodney Sonnichsen (Deborah) of Broken Bow and Kevin Sonnichsen (Joan) of Creighton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
