He is survived by: his wife Valda of Creighton; his children, Kelli Brewer (Tom) of Murdock, NE, Kevin Young (Kelly) of Atkinson, NE, Korey Young (Tammy) of Pharr, TX, Tim Compton of Billings, MT and Sven Burk of Marburg, Germany; his siblings, Robert Young (Nancy) of O'Neill, NE, Junior Young (Charlene) of O'Neill, NE and Esther Ryan of Lincoln, NE; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Bahr (Marilyn) of Dakota Dunes, SD and Gifford Tompkins of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
