He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Renae, Lori Lynette, Karla Kae and Michelle Lynn; his wife Delores of Creighton, Nebraska; his daughters, Colleen Gilbert (Joe) of Tulsa, Lori Ehrenberg (Tom) of Creighton, Karla Nielsen (Tim) of Creighton and Michelle Richards (Mike) of McCook, Nebraska; his son-in-law Vance Munsell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Jackie Freeman (Jason); his children, Tiernee, Ty, Jesse Thomas and Daxton; his grandchildren, Marque, Xander, Dakotah, Angela McElroy (Daniel), James, Ben, Brian Munsell (Kayla), Matthew, Oliver, Aaron Nielsen (Jill), Doug Munsell (Amy), Hayva Jo, Nicole Schultz (Chris), Destin, Derek Richards (Dylaina), Taylor Richards, Caeleb Richards, Carson Richards, Sierra Nielsen and Mallory Nielsen; his brother James Prochaska of Cool Springs, Texas; and his sister-in-law Erna Krugman of Neligh.
