He is survived by: his wife Ellen Jacob; his daughters, Geni Shefl (Charles) of Creighton, Denise Roth (Zach Uehling) of Pierce and Beth Opkis of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Anthony, Christopher, Matthew Shefl, Devan and Rhylie Roth of Pierce; his siblings, Gary Opkis (Rebah) of Creighton and Janet Deboer (Dennis) of Tabor; his siblings-in-law, Darla Jacob of Beresford, Melva Tranmer of Pierce, Carol Stalling (Steve) of Wausa, Larry Jacob (Terri) of Fremont, Gene Jacob of Fremont and Kenny Jacob (Marilyn) of Bloomfield; and his pet Jeffrey. He is also survived by His wife, children, and grandchildren.
