It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Tyler of Creighton, Nebraska, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Tyler and Helen Tyler (Hoferer); his parents-in-law, Rudolph and Myrtle Schlote; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Schlote, Norma Kumm and Jeanette Schlote.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Schlote of Creighton; his sons, Barry Tyler (Tracy) of Creighton and Cory Tyler (Carol) of Creighton; his grandchildren, Derek, Kayla, Travis, Cameron and Anna Tyler; his sister Pat Filkins (Mylon) of Bakersfield, California; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Kumm of Bloomfield, Leland Schlote of Creighton, Barbara Schlote of Bloomfield and Marilyn Schlote of Norfolk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
