He is survived by: his former wife Kay Stark (Foster); his pet Slim; his children, Jim Allen (Nancy), Pam Greenberg, Shelly Avery (Dennis), Robert Allen (Crystal), Jeremiah Hinz and Jenny Rolfes (Craig); his grandchildren, Lisa Hansen (Tom), Tim Hoffman, Justin Avery (Charissa), Kristen Frevert (Derrick), Cody Allen (McKenzie), Jhett Avery (Morgan), Calista Crawford, Ciara Allen, Claire, Isabel, Dayne, Aubri and Ezekiel Rolfes; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bailey, Brylie, Andrew, Tanner, Shayda, Abel, Austin, Jason, Stran, Rozen and Bourbon; his brother Robert Allen (Diane); and his brother-in-law Anthony Carioli.
