He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fritz and Gladys Catherine Fritz (Benne); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Fritz; his daughter Denise Fredrick; his in-laws, Howard and Dorothy Cornish; and his sister Marilyn Brassell.
He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Fritz (Jeannie), Kim Leif (Merle), Kay Morrow (Troy Haase) and Christopher Fritz (Kristin); his son-in-law Jeffrey Fredrick; his sister Marjorie Huigens; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Bloomquist and Harold Cornish. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
