He is survived by: his mother Jackie Hazen (Emory); his stepfather Garry Hazen of David City; his siblings, Jennifer Scoles (Brad) of Elkhorn, NE and Roy Emory (Jenesis) of David City, NE.; his stepsiblings, Doyle Hazen (LaDonna) of Verdigre, NE, Don Hazen of Omaha, NE and Darlene Rhodes (Todd) of North Platte, NE.; his nieces and nephews, Ethan Scoles, Madelyn, Carter, Camden, Malachi Emory and Clarisa Kumm (Ken); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zac Hazen (Chloe), Connor Hazen and Garrison Hazen (Hannah); his nieces and nephews, Thad Hazen (Chasity), Kylan Rhodes (Jordan), Mika Rhodes, Kiera Rhodes and Carson Rhodes; and his significant other Jordan Cutrer.
