She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Bunk" and Florence Eberspecher (Duffin); her son Bryan Lewis; and her sisters, JoAnn Carnahan and Kathy Brayton.
She is survived by: her spouse Charles F. Lewis; her child Mike; her close friend Mike Zimmerman; her children, Karen Lewis, Lori Lewis and Michael Lewis; her grandchildren, Dori Houx, Amy Canaday (Philip), Jordan Marotte, Alisha Lewis and Amanda Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Keenan, Rachel Ritke and Tayler Canaday.
