He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Joseph Hoffman and Olivia Marie Sitzman Hoffman; his siblings, Charles and Valanne Bliven; his brothers-in-law, James Zeisler, Robert Zeisler and Douglas Hollander; and his parents-in-law, Everett Zeisler and Nellie Zeisler.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hoffman of Chadron; his children, James Hoffman (Holly) of Basin, Wyo., Carol Porter (Dave) of Sidney, Neb., Charles Hoffman (Rachel) of Sidney Neb, Jody Rudloff (Josh) of Crawford, Neb. and Craig Hoffman (Tara); his grandchildren, Phillip, Joseph, Hannah Hoffman, Christopher, Abbigail, Maddison, Mitchell Porter, Kaitlin, Kylah, Carter Rudloff, Brooklynn, Jayce and Bryce Hoffman; his siblings-in-law, Barry Bliven, Donald Zeisler of Omaha, Neb., Arlene Hollander, Tootie Harris, Breezy Point and Minn; and his nephew Kristopher Bliven. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and friends.
