He is survived by: his wife Ethel Louise Parsons of Crawford, NE; his sons, Richard William (Shannon) of Torrington, WY, Robert Rue (Jeanne) of Crawford, NE, Steven Allen, Keith Eugene (Janice) of Gillette, WY and Steve (Wendy) of Moorcroft, WY; his brother Jim Osmotherly (Sandy) of Oelrichs, SD; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Pennel of Custer, SD, Carol Lulf of Scottsbluff and Shirley Parsons of Custer, SD. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren.
