He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Izer; his stepfather Dorance Izer; his brother Eldon Izer; his aunt Patricia Creek; his grandparents, Cecil and Verna Creek Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Boerger, David Yates and Larry Nave.
He is survived by: his former wife Carla Lovell; his wife Roberta Wolf; his children, Melinda Boltz (Tony) of Beatrice, Jake (Conny) of Beatrice and Jeff "Toad" (Andrea Gilberton) of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Kienen Creek of Beatrice, Koltan Ideus of Beatrice, Austin of Beatrice, Andrew of Beatrice, Jordan Creek of Beatrice, Mason Creek of Blue Springs, Gavin Beaver of Blue Springs, Emmy Burck of Beatrice and Abby Beaver of Blue Springs; his brothers, Scott Izer of Odell, Gary "Carter" Izer of Blue Springs and Mike Izer (Anna) of Blue Springs; his uncle Carl Creek of Beatrice; his niece Jesi Johnson (Travis) of Wymore; his sisters-in-law, Sue Yates of Beatrice, Pat Nave of Beatrice and Deb Lantz (Alan) of Beatrice; and his close friends, Mack and Rocky Stella. He is also survived by 3 children, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
