He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Kramer and Mirlene Kramer (Knoche); and his daughter Elizabeth Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Jacinta Kramer of Crab Orchard; his daughter Margaret Kramer (Matt) of Aurora, IL; and his brother Randy Kramer (Karen) of Crab Orchard. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in-law; and nieces and nephews.
