He was predeceased by: his parents, Merten Boyer and Ruth Boyer (Walters); and his brothers, Patrick and Gary Boyer. He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Trout; his sons, Travis Boyer (Becky) of Filley and Jordan Boyer (Kara) of Papillion; his grandchildren, Natalie, Kylie, Cole and Emily Boyer; and his sisters, Kittie Boyer, Lisa Tynon (Rich), Elaine Boyer (Doug Harms) and Mary Kinnison (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial has been established to the Beatrice Humane Society.
