He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Rouse; his friends, Lee, Karen Shafer, Bruce and Patty Bader; his sister Susan Bryan of Lexington, NE.; his children, Shelby Forrester (Chris Votaw) of Oconto, NE, Shawn Holen and Mike Lisa Holen (Schmidt) of Cozad, NE.; and his grandchildren, Robert Forrester of Broken Bow, NE., Chase Forrester (Tori) of Kearney, NE., Kiera Holen, Lisa Holen and Alec Holen of Cozad, NE.. He is also survived by four Nieces, one nephew as well as extended family and many friends.
