She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Heine and Catharine Heine (Weiland); her husband Marvin Smith; her brothers, Gilbert Heine and Chris Heine Jr.; her son Tony Roe; her stepdaughter Cindy Parsons; her granddaughter Stacey Roe; and her son-in-law Albert Ackerman.
She is survived by: her close friend Rick Allen of Cozad; her children, Cynthia Ackerman of Grand Island, Penny Bartlett (Kent) of Cozad, Lonnie Parsons (Kelly) of North Platte, Kathy Goos of Holdrege, Pam Houchin (Bill) of Riverdale and Mona Myer (Rick) of Phoenix; her sister-in-law Shirley Heine of Lexington; and her pet Suzy. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren.
