She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel "Bill" Cain and Geneva Elaine Cain (Fox); her brother Jesse Cain; her brother-in-law Michael Stark; and her niece Terra Foster.

She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Cain of McCook, Wesley Cain (Nadine) of McCook and Cindy Stark of McCook; her sister-in-law Lois Vargas of North Platte, Nebraska; and her nieces and nephews, Nick Vargas (Megan) of Cambridge, Michael Vargas (Mandy) of Hershey, Shaun Cain of Austin, Myla Cain of Omaha, Eric Foster (Lindsey) of McCook and Fauna Pringle (James) of McCook.
