He is survived by: his wife Carol Stark of Cozad; his children, Misti Maddox of Cozad, Heather Stark of Cozad and Aaron Stark (Audri) of Cozad; his sisters, Kathy Stark of Cozad and Carol Gibson of Cozad; his grandchildren, Jerron, Serenity, Jaxton Stark, Andrew, Charles Maddox, Adysen and Avery Stark; his nephews, Allen Nichols (Sandy) of Cozad, Richard Nichols (Bonnie) of Cozad, Ryder Nichols of Cozad, Tony Nichols (Pam) of Cozad and Jerry Ron Stark of Kearney; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Mikkelsen (Larry) of Mulvane, KS, Cindy Meyer of Lexington and Chara Meyer of Lexington.
