He is survived by: his wife Vicky Simmons of Cozad; his sons, Brandon Simmons (Kimmie) of Cozad and Jared Simmons (Caitlyn) of Bellevue, NE; his mother Bernadette Brock of Hermitage, MO; his brothers, Devlin Paylor (Jennifer) of Hermitage, MO, Ralph Simmons (Christa) of Tishomingo, OK, Rick Simmons of Carthage, MO and Shayne Simmons (Joleene) of Osceola, MO; his grandchildren, Charlee, Wesley Simmons of Cozad, Jaycee and Amelia Simmons of Bellevue; and his parent-in-law William. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
