She was predeceased by: her parents, Meinert Franzen and Elizabeth Franzen (Aden); her brother Norris; her husband Glenn Carlson; and her son Jon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jodi Doran (Jay) of Belton, TX and Chris Carlson of Reston, VA; her daughter-in-law Valerie Matt (Peter); her siblings, Norman Franzen of Omaha and Diane Kinnan (Dale) of Gothenburg; and her grandchildren, Kalen Carlson of Omaha, Erin Carlson of Omaha, Sarah Rosdail (Calder) of Omaha, Andrea Hewitt (Kyle) of Omaha, Evan Huston (Amy) of Austin, TX and Jeff Carlson (Gerri) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Meadowlark Pointe Assisted Living or Trinity Lutheran Church.
