She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Raymond and Margaret Raymond; her husband Rich Miller; her daughter Julie; her great grandchild Kai; and her brother Bob Raymond.
She is survived by: her family, Anne, Sally and Julie; her granddaughter Patti Silva; her friends, Andrew Rouillard, Brent Thomsen and Zahraa Meirza; her children, Charlie, Jude, Aaron Konen (Ely), Oliver, Estella, Elias, Michaela Konen, Katie Knudsen, Gabrielle, Kyrie, John Knudsen (Sara), Andi, Eva, Birgitte Hays (Carl), Eli, Ida, Ian, Mary Knudsen Dudoit (Jules), Pono, Malia, Tyson, Anne Konen of Omaha, Sally Knudsen of Denver and Mogens Knudsen; and her sister Ellen Boroff. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and so many wonderful friends.
The proceeds will go to her beloved charity, Camp Carol Joy Holling in Ashland, NE.
