He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Brownfield and Beverly Brownfield (Hays); and his sister DeAnne. He is survived by: his wife Gayle (Coit) of Cozad; his sister Lynn Townsend of Arlington, TX; his daughter Jamie Royal; his son-in-law Ben Royal; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Hayden and Hunter of York, NE; his son Michael Brownfield; his grandchildren, Jameson and Blayke of Elkhorn, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Griffeth of Edmond, OK, Harlan Coit (Susan) of Naples, FL and Dr. Bert Briscoe of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
