With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Eugene Johnson of Cozad, Nebraska, who passed away on November 14, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Hilma Johnson (Hallstrom); his wife Dorothy Heller; his sons-in-law, John Vance and Gregg Hecox; and his great grandchild Tristan Vance-Lacy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Arnold (Ron) of Papillion, Margaret Vance of Kearney and Norma Hecox of Kearney; his grandchildren, Keri Quintanilla (Efrain) of Papillion, Scott Arnold (Amy) of Lincoln, Stacie Burnett (Jon) of Kearney, Kylie Vance of Kearney and Heather Hecox of Kearney; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Gavin, Nolan Quintanilla of Papillion, Ruby, Eva, Cade Arnold of Lincoln, Uriah Vance-Lacy of Kearney and Weston Burnett of Kearney; and his siblings, Arnold Johnson (Ruth) of Colorado Springs, CO and Ilene Blattner of Cozad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
