She is survived by: her former spouse Buzz Jorges; her husband Bob Perkins; her daughter Melissa (Tom Martin) of Elwood; her grandchildren, Alexa Chrisinger (Andrew), Manon Martin, Hadley Martin, Jacei Spangler, Micki Kramer (Reed), Jodi Marshall, Shaton Arellano (Travis), Chase Hackbart, Kolden Hackbart, Zach Hackbart and Tyelon Hackbart; and her great grandchildren, Kealy Kocembia, Kayden Kramer, Kamry Kramer, Kyan Kramer, Mia Gifford, Tyce Hackbart, Reagan Chrisinger, Maecyn Chrisinger, Hayden Chrisinger, Ace Chrisinger, Trey Arellano and Stella Hackbart. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews and many friends.
