Schmidt (Cozad, Nebraska), born in Elwood, Nebraska, who passed away on February 12, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Boerkircher and Maude Boerkircher (Dreher); her husband Vernon; her brother Roger (Jan Boerkircher); and her close friend Cal Bowman.
She is survived by: her brother Don Boerkircher (Lore) of Eustis; her sons, Lowell (Katherine) of Moorefield and Mark (Tammy) of Curtis; and her grandchildren, Roger (Jenae) of Kansas City, MO, Rex (Lori) of Omaha, Renee of Kearney, Sierra of Kearney, Sage of Lincoln, Sabra of Moorefield, Melissa of Curtis, Mackenzie, Jackson, Avery, Rhyan, Peri, McKenna, Micah, McKaelah and Myah.
